Please note that check in is from 2pm on the first day of boarding and check out is by 10.30am on the last day of boarding. Like a hotel, we require this time to ensure that our accommodation is spic and span ready for our next guest.
Staying Late
If you wish to stay late we will do our best to accommodate but it will be subject to a daycare charge, please see price list for details. This is subject to availability during busy periods.
Opening Hours
We're open for daycare and collection of dogs during the following times. Please call us if you wish to arrange a visit:
Monday to Friday: 7:30am - 12noon, 2pm - 6pm
Saturday & Sunday: 8:00am - 12noon, 2pm - 5pm
Bank Holidays: 9am - 12noon, 2pm-5pm
We offer accommodation 365 days of the year, but are closed to pet owners/visitors on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.
Christmas Opening Hours:
Christmas Eve: 8am - 12pm
Christmas Day: CLOSED TO CUSTOMERS
Boxing Day: 2pm - 5pm
New Year's Eve: 8am - 12pm
New Year's Day: CLOSED TO CUSTOMERS
Important Information
Please ensure you bring your pet's vaccination certificate with you when you visit so that we can record the information in our system. Vaccination cover must be current for ten days before arrival and for the full duration of any stay.
- Dogs boarded or day care guests must be accompanied by a record of a veterinary approved protection against infectious canine distemper, infections canine hepatitis, parvovirus, leptospirosis and kennel cough.
