Check-in & Check-out

Please note that check in is from 2pm on the first day of boarding and check out is by 10.30am on the last day of boarding. Like a hotel, we require this time to ensure that our accommodation is spic and span ready for our next guest.

Staying Late

If you wish to stay late we will do our best to accommodate but it will be subject to a daycare charge of £15 for one dog, £25 for two dogs. This is subject to availability during busy periods.

We kindly ask that payment is made at the commencement of boarding. We accept either cash or card payments. We reserve the right to ask for a 20% deposit for bookings made during our busy periods.
