Charges are doubled on Easter Sunday, Christmas Day and New Year's Day.
Only dogs that live in the same household are permitted to share a kennel.
Our daily rates include:
Food – we provide dried or wet food, or bring your pet’s favourite if you prefer
Accommodation - off the floor beds and additional soft bedding
Play time – we know how important play time is and we have plenty of toys
Exercise - twice daily runs and playtime in the outside paddock, and of course lots of cuddles and attention
Insurance – for your peace of mind
Check-in & Check-out
Please note that check in is from 2pm on the first day of boarding and check out is by 10.30am on the last day of boarding. Like a hotel, we require this time to ensure that our accommodation is spic and span ready for our next guest. If you wish to stay late we will do our best to accommodate but it will be subject to a daycare charge (please see prices above). This is subject to availability during busy periods.
We kindly ask that payment is made at the commencement of boarding. We accept either cash or card payments. We reserve the right to charge a deposit for any bookings made or payment in full for bookings of 2 nights or less. Deposits are non-refundable, however may be transferred to other bookings at the manager's discretion. Amendments must be made a minimum of 48 hours before the booking start date, otherwise full payment of the original booking dates will be required.
We have the right to request a minimum stay during busy periods.
Trial Day:
We want to be sure you and your pet, are happy with our service. New customers can book a trial day (£10 per dog) so your pet can experience the kennels before staying overnight.
Pet Taxi:
We offer a collection and delivery service that lets us take the strain, so you can concentrate on preparing for your holiday.
Our van is fitted with a TransK9 independently crash tested cage to ensure your dog’s travelling safety, with fan cooler for comfort.
Pet Taxi Charge: £30
Countyside Walks:
Treat your pet to a walk (on the lead) in the countryside – £8 per dog per half hour.
